of human ecstatic energy in dance form!

Dance it, shake it, sweat it, swirl it, jig it, wig it, quake and twirl it …
find yourself and lose yourself simultaneously

Begin 8p.m. with great warm up music to get us into and in tune with our bodies.

We open the circle to ground us in our presence and set a dance intention.

On to an hour long (nonverbal) intentionally designed music and movement voyage.

Closing in circle where we can express and witness each other authentically human.
